タイマッサージのひとつの種類であるタイ古式マッサージは、タイ医学の分野のひとつで、病気の治療や改善を学ぶ学問です。チャルーイサック式マッサージの授業では、一般的な庶民層で用いられるマッサージを学びます。マッサージの方式や形態はそれほど多くはなく、押す、ほぐす、絞る、伸ばす、引っ張るなどの技法に重点を置き、肘、膝、足など体の他の部位も使うことでマッサージに必要な力を補助します。授業で学ぶ技術は90以上あり、マッサージの順番に従って、仰向け、うつ伏せ、横向き、そして座った姿勢で、頭から足の先に至るまで全身をカバーするマッサージの技術を教えます。

Napa has received training and learned various branches of Thai massage from many different teachers and has been working with Thai massage and teaching for more than 20 years.”
- She started learning Thai massage since 2002 at Ministry of Public Health.
- Studied Tok sen massage with Teacher Sompong at Wualai Hatthawet in 2009
- Studied Traditional Chinese pressure point in Thai massage at Chiangmai University in 2012
- Studied Thai Traditional Osteopathic massage at Rajamangala University in 2015 with Teacher Suwat
- Studied massage and Ruesri datton at Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labour in 2015
- Napa has trained and taught various Thai massage ,Oil massage ,Foot massage ,Foot reflexology ,Advance Thai massage technique ,Facial massage, Ruesri Datton at Loikroh massage School with over 20 years.
